Problems Downloading PDF Documents?

If you are experiencing problems while trying to download PDF files, please try the following:

  1. Try saving the document directly to your hard-drive:
    • 'Right-click' on the PDF link.
    • Internet Explorer users: select "Save target as"
    • Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape users: select "Save Link As"
    • Once you have saved the file to the specified location, open the Adobe Reader and open the file directly in Acrobat.
  2. If you are using an old edition of the Adobe Reader (which is one or more versions older than the current release) you should uninstall the current Reader and install the most up to date version of the Adobe Reader. Download the free Adobe Reader.
  3. There are known compatibility issues with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Internet Explorer. See the Microsoft Help and Support site on this topic.
